Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialising in the provision of administrative and executive staff, temporary and permanent, across numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. As part of the development of our activities, we wish to strengthen the team at our Geneva agency and are looking for a Senior HR Consultant French-English

Mission:

• Develop and retain a client portfolio through active and targeted prospecting
• Mobilise and expand your network to create new business opportunities
• Analyse client needs and propose suitable solutions in temporary and permanent placement
• Manage recruitments: sourcing, interviews, evaluation and presentation of candidates
• Negotiate commercial terms and finalise mandates
• Support clients, candidates and temporary staff in a lasting relationship of trust

Profile

• Proven experience in a placement agency, recruiting administrative and executive profiles
• An active professional network in Geneva and a good knowledge of the local economic fabric
• A strong commercial temperament, with ease in prospecting and negotiation
• A commercial education, ideally complemented by human resources or sales training
• Autonomy, responsiveness and a taste for results
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a true team spirit
