Watchmaking Operator
Your mission:
Within a high-end production environment, you are responsible for the quality and precision of your work.
Perform various watch decorations in compliance with quality standards and defined production rates.
Carry out finishing and end-of-line operations, including brushing and buffing.
Handle very small components carefully, requiring precision and dexterity.
Visually inspect the quality of your work and identify any non-conformities.
Ensure compliance with methods, quality requirements, and manufacturing standards.
Contribute, through your rigour and attention to detail, to producing pieces that meet the highest levels of demand.
Your profile:
You are a meticulous, precise person passionate about well-executed work.
Previous experience in watchmaking, ideally in decoration or finishing, is a real asset.
Excellent manual dexterity and ease in handling small components.
Sharp eyesight and a keen sense of detail.
Rigorous, calm, methodical, and organised personality.
Ability to maintain a high level of quality in a demanding environment.
Comfortable with production targets and high-quality standards.
Motivation to develop your skills in a prestigious watchmaking environment.
Availability and flexibility for 2-shift working hours.
