For our client, an internationally active technology company in the field of automation and control technology, we are looking for a Project Manager Automation Technology. In this exciting role, you will accompany demanding special machine and plant projects from the concept phase to successful commissioning. You will work with the latest automation platforms and be a central technical and organisational contact person within the projects.
- Development and implementation of control and automation solutions based on modern PLC and visualisation systems
- Preparation of technical concepts as well as elaboration of specifications and functional descriptions
- Project support from planning through implementation to commissioning at the customer
- Parameterisation and integration of drive systems as well as optimisation of plant functions
- Close cooperation with the departments of mechanics, electrical engineering and software development
- Execution of commissioning, function tests and technical acceptance both domestically and abroad
- Professional experience in automation technology or in special machine or plant construction
- Good knowledge of PLC programming and drive technology (Siemens, Rockwell, Allen Bradley, etc.)
- Understanding of the interaction of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical engineering
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High personal responsibility as well as pronounced organisational and entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluent German skills and very good English skills

Tasks

Profile
- Completed studies in the field of automation at FH or HF level (Electrical Engineer FH, Electrical Technician HF, Systems Technician HF, etc.)- Professional experience in automation technology or in special machine or plant construction
