This is what the professional everyday life looks like

• Representation of our departments which include the outpatient clinics of Endocrinology & Diabetology, Infectiology and Rheumatology as well as the Obesity Centre
• Outpatient clinic management with telephone service, planning and coordination of various examinations
• Blood sampling, injections and infusions for patients
• Direct contact person for patients, referrers, internal and external offices physically, by phone and digitally
• Ensuring a professional process of the outpatient clinics
• General administrative secretarial tasks including correspondence, managing mail accounts, creating patient appointments, sending medical reports, scanning etc.

Competences and potential

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and administrative tasks
• High patient orientation and pronounced organisational skills
• Open and friendly demeanour, empathetic interaction with patients
• Confident German and good PC user skills
• Independent, reliable, proactive, thoughtful and networked working attitude
• High team orientation and resilience as well as pronounced service mentality
• Enjoyment of a varied and lively outpatient clinic daily routine
