What awaits you
- Welcoming, attending to and seeing off customers, guests and visitors
- Managing the reception inbox, as well as reservations
- Parking management
- Handling administrative tasks and minor customer service duties
- Further development of the reception service
What you bring
- Basic training in hospitality or commercial field
- Several years of professional experience in the service sector
- Very good language skills in DE/EN (Level C1), any additional language is an advantage
- Solid PC user skills (Office)
- Organisational skills and service-oriented
- Excellent appearance and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Initiative and flexibility
