IT Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You ensure the stable operation of IT systems, applications and cloud services.
- You take responsibility for IT operations processes such as incident, problem and change management.
- In this role, you plan and manage IT projects regarding deadlines, costs and quality and prepare status reports.
- You are responsible for topics related to cybersecurity, data backup and monitoring of the IT infrastructure.
- As head of IT infrastructure operations, you analyse and optimise existing IT processes and services.
- As head of IT infrastructure operations, you coordinate and manage external IT service providers and document systems, processes and architectures.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in the IT field, ideally supplemented by appropriate further training
- Confident handling of IT infrastructures, applications and interfaces
- Experience in managing IT services and collaborating with external service providers
- Good understanding of IT processes, ideally with knowledge of ITIL
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Microsoft 365
- Strong service orientation, sensitivity to customer needs and strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners
