Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 120,000Role:
Are you looking for a challenge where you can prove your skills? In this role, you will take on the professional management of an extensive rental portfolio and confidently combine legal, economic, and operational matters. You are responsible for managing the portfolio and bring your experience to shape it successfully. You are an experienced individual who masters complex tasks with confidence. You are ready to apply your skills in this demanding role and succeed.
Responsibilities:
- You manage and administer the commercial leases of our fitness locations
- In this role, you prepare addenda, extensions, options, and other contract adjustments
- As a property manager, you are the first point of contact for landlords and subtenants regarding contractual and management-related concerns
- You monitor deadlines, terminations, and lease obligations
- In this role, you support contractual queries and clarifications related to conversions, renovations, and space adjustments
- You maintain and update lease contract, cost, and master data
Qualifications:
- You have completed a vocational apprenticeship (EFZ)
- You bring several years of experience in managing commercial properties or commercial lease management
- You are independent and structured; handling contracts, deadlines, and complex matters comes easily to you
- You have strong communication skills in dealing with landlords, subtenants, and internal contacts
- You are proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, and SAP knowledge is an advantage
- You speak German at B1 level
