What is my role?

As an industrial electrician specialising in automation, you are the heart of our electrical maintenance. You ensure that our systems are available around the clock – through independent fault analysis, rapid troubleshooting, and clever optimisations. In addition to classic maintenance and inspection tasks, you also tackle technical improvements and minor conversion projects. In the field of control and monitoring technology, you independently manage sub-projects and work hand in hand with operations and mechanical maintenance. You actively contribute your ideas and drive the continuous development of our systems forward.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training as an automation technician EFZ or a comparable qualification

• Practical experience in the maintenance of industrial or process plants

• Systematic approach to fault analysis and the ability to independently develop sustainable solutions

• Enthusiasm for control technology, process control systems, and industrial communication

• Willingness to take responsibility, actively drive technical improvements, and perform on-call duties
