Construction Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 130,000Role:
In this role, you will lead demanding building construction projects independently and with commitment across all service phases. You are responsible for cost and schedule planning, preparing estimates, overseeing tenders, and ensuring smooth realisation through to billing. You use administrative tools efficiently and work thoroughly, structurally, and conscientiously as usual. You apply your solid expertise to master complex tasks confidently and fully exploit your potential. Additionally, you benefit from varied, responsible tasks, excellent employment conditions, and targeted support for your professional development.
Responsibilities:
You take on project and construction management and accompany construction projects from planning to implementation.
You prepare calculations, coordinate schedules, and manage tender and awarding processes.
You are the contact person for clients, authorities, and other project partners.
You conduct construction accounting and ensure transparent project documentation.
You ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
Qualifications:
You have training as a certified construction manager, construction manager HF, building technician, or a similar qualification.
You bring experience in construction management, estimating, and handling tenders.
You are proficient with MS Office and ideally familiar with the software BauPlus.
You impress with your organisational talent, communication skills, and ability to coordinate.
You act independently, solution-oriented, and with pronounced entrepreneurial thinking.
