Senior Product Manager Corporate Client Business (m/f/d)
How you contribute:
- Taking on the professional and operational responsibility for creating the business plan for the corporate client business as well as for projections, plausibility checks, and commentary on business progress
- Conducting market, product, cost, and segment analyses and deriving recommendations for action to further develop the business
- Designing and further developing products and services in the area of daily sickness benefits, accident, and supplementary products based on market and customer needs
- Reviewing and adjusting the General Insurance Conditions (GIC) and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
- Independently conducting internal product and process training sessions
- Collaborating in cross-departmental projects and taking on sub-project management roles with high business relevance
- Preparing complex offers and supporting underwriting during the sales season on a four-eyes principle
What sets you apart:
- You have a higher education (university / university of applied sciences) with a focus on mathematics, physics, business informatics, IT, or a comparable field. An additional qualification in actuarial science is an advantage or a willingness to further educate yourself in this area.
- You have solid knowledge of the corporate client business within health and accident insurance. Your experience in insurance technology and projects ideally rounds off your profile.
- You convince us with your analytical and conceptual skills and know how to clearly prepare complex interrelationships in the areas of processes, systems, and data.
- You communicate appropriately for the audience, present convincingly, and work successfully with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You work in a structured manner, keep an overview of priorities, dependencies, and deadlines even in demanding projects, and achieve sustainable results.
- You have very good knowledge in handling data and IT systems, especially with relational databases, SQL, or data warehouse solutions.
