Property Manager

Tasks

• Conducting and organising apartment inspections and handovers
• Carrying out viewings and handling enquiries from interested parties
• Monitoring deadlines, contracts and administrative processes
• Preparing reports and documentation for owners
• Communicating with owners, tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities and caretakers

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (EFZ)
• Further training as a property manager (e.g. property manager with a federal professional certificate) or professional experience in property management is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in property management
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Service-oriented and competent appearance
• Driving licence category B
