Role:

Good software alone does not make a successful project. What matters is who understands business processes and transfers them cleanly into the system. This is exactly where you come in as Project Manager ERP Implementation, independently managing ERP projects from analysis to go-live. Clients from various industries benefit from your holistic perspective. Instead of merely executing projects, you shape their digital process landscape in the long term.

Responsibilities:

• You plan project phases, resources, and milestones and manage the technical implementation up to production deployment.

• In workshops, you work with clients to develop the business requirements and translate them into viable solution concepts for finance, procurement, order processing, and other modules.

• You take on the functional design and configuration of the solution and coordinate development, consultants, and external partners.

• Furthermore, you are responsible for data migration from cleansing to transfer and plan integrations with adjacent applications.

• System and acceptance testing as well as cutover planning for a smooth start are also part of your duties.

• Additionally, you analyse existing installations, identify automation potential, and further develop customer solutions after go-live.

Qualifications:

• You bring at least three years of experience in managing ERP or comparable IT projects.

• You combine a technical or commercial education with solid process knowledge and understand how financial, logistics, and personnel processes function in software.

• You are proficient in requirements engineering and create clear process and solution concepts.

• You are familiar with the interaction of databases, interfaces, and third-party systems, as well as acceptance and implementation processes from practice.

• Moreover, you work confidently with both classic and agile methods and keep a cool head even with multiple parallel streams.

• You communicate clearly and solution-oriented. You have a strong command of German and conduct technical discussions in English with ease.
