Are you looking for a new challenge in property management? In this role, you take on the central position as the first point of contact for owners and tenants. You are responsible for the professional and market-appropriate management of residential and commercial properties. With your experience and modern technology, you make well-founded decisions and manage properties successfully. You are the key to success in property management and bring your skills and knowledge to optimally manage real estate.
Responsibilities:
- You provide administrative and organisational support for the management of residential and commercial properties
- In this role, you prepare rental contracts, contract addenda, advertisements, and final statements
- As a clerk, you handle terminations and other relevant documents
- You coordinate appointments and ensure a smooth administrative process
- In this role, you conduct oral and written correspondence with tenants, owners, caretakers, and craftsmen
- You take responsibility for the creation and management of contract documents and other relevant paperwork
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial basic education
- You bring at least 1-2 years of professional experience in property management
- You work independently, in a structured and careful manner
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are service-oriented, responsible, and enjoy working with people
- You are a communicative, reliable, and team-oriented personality
