Would you like to complement your studies with practical experience and gain insight into the management of an acute hospital? In the Department of Surgery, you will work on exciting tasks in the areas of controlling, quality, process, and project management for six months and support the team in the further development of the department. The fixed-term position is available from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks
- You support the team in controlling and independently take on selected evaluations and analyses.
- You participate in projects and assist in optimising processes in the Department of Surgery.
- You contribute to tasks in quality management and help implement and further develop quality standards.
- You support the department management in operational day-to-day business and take on a variety of administrative tasks.
Your profile
- You are studying health management, business administration, or a comparable course at bachelor’s or master’s level.
- You are interested in healthcare as well as business contexts in the hospital.
- You work in a structured, independent manner and like to contribute your own ideas.
- You are a motivated, team-oriented person with a quick grasp.
- You have very good Excel skills and work confidently with the common MS Office applications.
