We're seeking a hands?on C&B Specialist to support our FMCG group during a peak period and upcoming cycles. The ideal candidate will own the day?to?day administration and continuous improvement of our insurance benefits, drive data accuracy and governance across HR systems, and lead benefits vendor management to ensure a seamless and compliant.

Missions
1) Insurance Program Administration
- Administer group insurance plans (e.g., medical, life, accident ...) across eligible populations, ensuring accurate enrollment, terminations, changes, and timely invoicing.
- Coordinate with brokers/insurers on policy renewals, census submissions, claims escalations, and underwriting requirements.
- Manage complex cases (e.g., leaves, expatriates, cross?border workers, local specificities) and ensure the right coverage levels and documentation.
- Prepare employee communications (plan summaries, FAQs, renewal changes) and support employee queries with SLA?driven responses.
2) Benefits Vendor Management
- Act as day?to?day single point of contact for benefits providers (insurance, pension/3rd pillar if applicable, EAP, wellbeing).
- Run vendor performance reviews: SLAs, service tickets, accuracy, turnaround, and member experience; drive corrective actions.
- Lead procurement?aligned activities: data privacy addendums, contract terms, renewals, and fee benchmarking; raise POs and reconcile invoices.
- Support RFP/RFQ processes when needed; maintain an up?to?date vendor governance tracker.
3) Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain data integrity across HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), benefits portals, and payroll interfaces; execute regular reconciliations (eligibility, premiums, deductions).
- Build and automate audits and controls (missing data, duplicates, effective dates, retro changes).
- Produce monthly and ad?hoc dashboards: participation rates, premium trends, claims/utilization (as available), and compliance status.
- Ensure GDPR/Swiss data protection alignment: access controls, secure data transfers, retention practices.
4) Compliance & Governance
- Ensure benefits practices comply with Swiss regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate policy documentation and employee communications; prepare materials for internal/external audits.
- Support risk management by tracking exceptions, documenting controls, and implementing remediation plans.
5) Payroll Interface & Finance Partnership
- Validate monthly benefits deductions and employer contributions, including retro adjustments and off?cycle corrections.
- Reconcile invoices vs. payroll deductions vs. provider files; resolve variances promptly.
- Partner with Finance on accruals and forecast impacts of renewals or plan changes.
6) Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to renewal cycles, open enrollment, and process digitization.
- Map and streamline end?to?end processes (joiners/movers/leavers) and standardize SOPs.
- Support change management: draft guides, run trainings for HR/Shared Services, and elevate employee experience.
Profil du candidat
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in Compensation & Benefits (with proven focus on insurance and vendor management) ideally in FMCG or fast?paced, multi?site environments.
- Solid knowledge of Swiss benefits/insurance landscape; exposure to cross?border/expat scenarios is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) and payroll integrations.
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills (lookups, pivots); comfortable with data audits and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with GDPR/Swiss data protection and basic contract/SLA concepts.

Conditions et Avantages
