As an architectural firm with around 60 employees in Basel and Zurich, we develop, plan, and realize construction projects for private and public clients. For our office in Zurich, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
You coordinate and lead interdisciplinary planning and execution teams and achieve the specified milestones with them in collaboration with the client. You responsibly and independently manage our diverse construction projects in all SIA phases from the feasibility study to handover to the client. This is done while adhering to budget, deadlines, and quality.

Project Manager Construction Management (80-100%)
You coordinate and lead interdisciplinary planning and execution teams and achieve the specified milestones with them in collaboration with the client. You responsibly and independently manage our diverse construction projects in all SIA phases from the feasibility study to handover to the client. This is done while adhering to budget, deadlines, and quality.
This is what you bring:
- Training as an architect, civil engineer, structural draftsman, or a basic craft training with corresponding further education
- At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland as a project manager, especially in realization in a comparable position with leadership responsibility
- Project management skills and integration ability
- Empathy, assertiveness, communication and organizational strength
- Team player with high initiative, reliability and accuracy as well as creative and forward-thinking mindset
- Confident handling of common programs for construction administration and cost planning (Messerli), scheduling MS Project as well as Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel etc.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
