Building Technician (m/f/d)

• Operation, monitoring and maintenance of all technical systems
• Independent planning, execution and documentation of maintenance and repair work
• Fault analysis and rectification of building technology systems
• Execution of new installations
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers and suppliers
• Support with maintenance work in the entire HVACSE area
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations as well as all safety and quality standards
• Maintenance and updating of technical documentation

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician EFZ, ventilation system builder EFZ, refrigeration system mechanic EFZ or comparable training in the field of TGM / HVACSE
• Several years of professional experience in technical building management or service of building technology/industrial systems
• Very good knowledge of building technology systems
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage
• Strong quality awareness, independent, reliable and structured working style
• Team player with confident and professional demeanour
• Organisational talent and high sense of responsibility
• Willingness to be on call
• Driving licence category B
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
