Building Services Technician Sanitary (m/f/d)

Are you looking for a position where you can fully apply your experience, collaborate with internal and external partners, and also develop further in the HVACSE sector? Then get stuck in and become our new building services professional – with readiness for on-call duty!
- Installation of sanitary systems
- Independent planning, execution and documentation of maintenance and repair work
- Execution of new installations as well as participation in conversion and modernisation projects
- Troubleshooting and readiness for on-call service
- Coordination and supervision of external service providers and suppliers
- Support in maintenance work in the HVACSE sector
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations as well as safety and quality standards
- Maintenance and updating of technical documentation, maintenance plans and test protocols
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a sanitary installer EFZ or comparable training in the field of TGM, HLKS
- Several years of professional experience in technical building management
- Good knowledge of building services systems
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Team player as well as confident and professional appearance
- Organisational talent and high sense of responsibility
- Willingness to perform on-call duty
- Driving licence category B
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
