What is my role?
Cancellation of already reimbursed services in the KVG/VVG area
Posting of various incoming payments of coordination recoveries in the KVG area
Verification of incoming payments for accuracy and posting in the system
Telephone and written contact with insured persons, doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and other service providers for necessary clarifications
Independent work in a small team
What do I need to be successful?
Completed commercial basic training
Experience with various software solutions
Precise and swift working method
Experience in health insurance or interest in it
Quick comprehension and flair for numbers
French and Italian language skills are an advantage
