Job Description

• Active recruitment of skilled personnel, operational employees and logistics staff via various channels
• Independent conduct of interviews and accompanying the entire selection process
• New customer acquisition and targeted expansion of your industry portfolio
• Organisation and coordination between customers and employees, including all administrative tasks, to ensure everything runs smoothly in the background

We expect

• Completed apprenticeship in sales or commercial field or in industry/logistics
• Strong sales flair as well as performance and success orientation - you take initiative and want to make a difference
• Confident IT user skills at current level
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Driving licence category B, so you can visit customers and employees directly on site
