As part of its commitment to a sustainable future, BCJ is looking for a 50% Sustainability / CSR Project Manager to strengthen its team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and contribute to the deployment of the CSR strategy;
• Participate in the preparation of the CSR report and various policies;
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and ensure their follow-up;
• Ensure data collection and analysis;
• Support internal and external communication related to BCJ’s sustainability commitments;
• Organise events and conduct awareness and training activities in collaboration with the CSR manager;
• Ensure regulatory, legal and trend monitoring in the field of CSR;
• Manage the company’s mobility plan.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education at Bachelor level (HES / UNI) or federal certificate, supplemented by training related to sustainability or equivalent training in sustainable development (CAS / DAS);
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects;
• Curiosity, initiative and proactivity;
• Collaborative spirit, good listening skills, autonomy and rigour;
• Good writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
