Mandate Management Associate

Swiss Quality Testing Services (SQTS), a company of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives (FCM), operate their sites in Dietikon (Zurich) and Saint-Aubin (Fribourg) to serve a diverse clientele in Switzerland and abroad as a reliable partner for high-quality service provision.

What you will accomplish

• Reception and registration of samples at the Saint-Aubin site (3 fixed mornings per week (30%) plus holiday cover (10%))
• Participation in the development and optimisation of processes throughout the process chain
• Close collaboration with laboratories, customer advisory, and other internal stakeholders

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (CFC)
• Specialisation: Knowledge in the laboratory field is an asset
• Professional experience: Work experience in a similar field
• You are flexible regarding working hours and days (working days vary depending on the year but are defined in advance)
• You demonstrate thoroughness and work conscientiously
• You have a good sense of observation
• You are comfortable with IT tools
• You enjoy working in a field that is constantly evolving
• French (B1)
• German (A2)
