Team Leader Logistics Flowers & Plants
Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the team (10-13 employees) in the late shift daily business
- Responsibility for efficient deployment and holiday planning taking operational requirements into account
- Promotion and development of employees through regular employee, target and performance discussions
- Ensuring a smooth flow of warehouse processes including control of order picking and conducting random checks
- Close cooperation and proactive information exchange with goods receipt and sub-control centre
Requirements
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ, ideally with further training or comparable practical experience in logistics and leadership
- High resilience, reliability and an efficient as well as independent working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to work late shifts (12:00–21:00) with 5 working days from Sunday to Friday and about 2 Sunday shifts per month
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled environment of 16–18 °C
