Fullstack Java/React Software Engineer

Your Tasks

• You develop and extend business-critical applications with Java and modern frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate and JPA
• You accompany applications from the idea to productive deployment and think about solutions holistically
• Together with business units and requirements engineers, you analyse requirements and translate them into viable technical concepts
• You work on integration solutions based on modern technologies (e.g. ESB, messaging, eventing)
• You analyse existing solutions, identify optimisation potentials and implement them sustainably
• You document architecture and design decisions clearly and comprehensibly
• You work in an agile team, contribute your own ideas and actively shape the further development of the system landscape

Our Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science (FH/Uni) or comparable education
• At least 4 years of experience in object-oriented software development with Java AND React
• Very good knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, JPA
• Experience with integration and messaging technologies (e.g. Apache Camel, Kafka, ESB solutions)
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS) as well as frontend experience with React required
• Confident handling of relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle)
• Experience with container platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes) or motivation to learn them
• Analytical, structured working style and enjoyment of teamwork
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
