Mission

• You take full responsibility for the department and team management
• You are in charge of orders as well as waste management
• You create quality bouquets and arrangements
• You ensure an attractive presentation of goods and actively contribute to sales optimisation
• You strictly adhere to our guidelines (freshness and quality, seasonality, etc.)
• You welcome and inform our customers professionally

Required skills

• You hold a florist federal certificate of competence (CFC) and/or have proven experience in the field
• You have a commercial sense and take a particular interest in new trends as well as customer expectations
• Passionate about your profession, you are creative and have an eye for detail
• You are comfortable with IT tools and attentive to technological innovations
• Ideally, you have previous experience in team management
• Friendly and smiling, you have easy contact with customers, enabling you to provide quality service
