Department Manager Flowers/Kiosk
Mission
- You take full responsibility for the department and team management
- You are in charge of orders as well as waste management
- You create quality bouquets and arrangements
- You ensure an attractive presentation of goods and actively contribute to sales optimisation
- You strictly adhere to our guidelines (freshness and quality, seasonality, etc.)
- You welcome and inform our customers professionally
Required skills
- You hold a florist federal certificate of competence (CFC) and/or have proven experience in the field
- You have a commercial sense and take a particular interest in new trends as well as customer expectations
- Passionate about your profession, you are creative and have an eye for detail
- You are comfortable with IT tools and attentive to technological innovations
- Ideally, you have previous experience in team management
- Friendly and smiling, you have easy contact with customers, enabling you to provide quality service
