Woodworker (m/f/d)

Activities

• Assisting in erecting roof trusses, timber frame buildings and other wooden constructions.
• Assembly of wooden elements, beams, purlins and rafters.
• Tying and adjusting wooden parts, provided the necessary knowledge is available.
• Fixing and screwing wooden constructions according to instructions.
• Insulation work and installation of insulation material.
• Installation of underroofs, façades and wooden cladding.
• Material transport and provision of tools and components.
• Operation of hand machines and tools in compliance with safety regulations.
• Securing and tidying the workplace as well as proper storage of materials.

Requirements

• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Experience in timber construction and assembly work is an advantage
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of practical work
• Good German skills for communication on the construction site
• Reliable, independent and careful working style
• Team spirit and commitment
• Willingness to work on various construction sites
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
• Confident handling of hand machines and tools is an advantage
