Actively shape with us:

• You help our candidates find the perfect job and at the same time advise clients on successful recruitment
• You are responsible for the entire applicant management and let your creativity run free when it comes to our job advertisements
• You continuously expand your client portfolio by acquiring open positions by phone and investing time in sustainable client care
• Preparation for an interview is essential; you ensure candidates have all necessary information,
  coordinate interview appointments and obtain telephone references
• To keep your proactivity high, you ensure that the weekly defined key figures are achieved and thus the personal sales target is within reach
• You represent Careerplus during client visits and negotiate cooperation with our partners on an equal footing

What we expect from you:

• You are communicative, empathetic and have a confident demeanour. Thanks to these attributes, communication with your contact groups comes easily to you
• To be prepared for our journey, you gladly face new challenges, are ambitious and highly prioritise teamwork
• You have completed a degree in hotel management or tourism or have a qualification as a certified hotelier HF ortourism specialist HF
• Initial insights through internships or projects in the service sector, ideally in HR, recruiting or project management, are an advantage
• You communicate confidently in German and can express yourself well in English
