(Junior) Property Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

• Independent commercial and technical management of a diverse property portfolio
• Market analyses to determine rental prices
• Active vacancy management and new lettings
• Creation, revision and supplementation of rental contracts and related documents
• Conducting inspections and handovers of rental properties
• Communication in written and oral form with tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities and property managers
• Management of debtors and creditors
• Processing of heating and operating cost statements
• Application submission and processing for clients
• Monitoring and handling of reporting
• Preparation of non-official accounts
• Forecasting, budgeting and planning with result responsibility

• In training or already completed further education as a property manager with a federal diploma
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in the management or care of residential properties
• Excellent knowledge of the German language and confident spelling
• Solid IT skills, especially in MS Office applications and GREM
• Strong organisational talent and exemplary manners
• Strong social skills and ability to collaborate successfully in a team
• Possession of a valid driving licence and own car required
