The EMS Résidence Jean-Paul, in Riddes, accommodates 55 long-stay residents as well as 1 short-stay bed. A human-scale institution, we place personalised support at the heart of our mission, respecting the rhythm, needs and dignity of each person.

UN-E ASSC / Community Health and Care Assistant

50% / NIGHT WORK

Your mission

Ensure the support and care of residents during the night.

Participate in maintaining a calm, safe and caring environment

• Provide basic and delegated care, in collaboration with the nursing team
• Actively participate in monitoring and transmitting information
• Contribute to maintaining a safe environment respectful of institutional values.

Your profile

• CFC as Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC).
• Experience in geriatrics or in EMS, an asset.
• Strong interest in supporting and promoting the well-being of elderly people.
• Good interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility during the night.
• Sense of observation, organisation and priorities.
• Good adaptability and flexibility.
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable using IT tools and the BESA software.
• Availability and willingness to also work day shifts.
