We are looking for an Audiovisual Support Specialist capable of ensuring the implementation and proper functioning of technical equipment during meetings, conferences and events.

Your tasks

• Prepare, install and configure audiovisual equipment before services.
• Ensure the smooth technical running of events in person, hybrid or remote.
• Support speakers and users in handling audiovisual tools.
• Operate videoconferencing and live streaming systems.
• Manage audio, video and lighting installations to guarantee optimal quality.
• Make sound adjustments, supervise speeches and recordings.
• Intervene quickly in case of technical incidents and provide appropriate solutions.
• Participate in the operation of events which may occasionally take place in the evening or at weekends.

Profile sought

• Technical training in audiovisual, electronics, electrotechnics or equivalent field.
• Significant experience in operating professional audiovisual equipment.
• Good knowledge of videoconferencing platforms and collaboration solutions.
• Comfortable with audio, video systems and digital consoles.
• Service-minded, autonomous, rigorous and able to manage priorities.
• Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
