You lead and further develop the accounting team both personally and professionally
You are responsible for general and subsidiary ledgers as well as all essential accounting processes
You ensure timely monthly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
You are responsible for topics related to consolidation, subsidiaries, and tax accounting
You drive automation, SAP optimisations, and the use of modern AI applications forward
You continuously develop processes and quality standards in accounting
You work directly with the CFO on strategic and operational financial matters
Qualifications:
University degree in finance or comparable higher education with several years of accounting experience
Several years of leadership experience as well as sound knowledge of OR, Swiss GAAP FER, and consolidation
Experience in leading complex finance projects and developing accounting processes
High affinity for technology and innovation, ideally with experience in automation or AI
Very good German skills; French skills are an advantage
