Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
• Performing treatment nursing activities
• Planning and accompanying medical visits
• Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach
• Assuming responsibilities as a key contact person
• Managing the nursing process
• Leading case discussions
• Taking on daily responsibility
• Assuming tasks as a subject leader, with professional authority
• Creating learning situations for trainees, guiding them in the departments, documenting the learning process, providing feedback, and assessing them orally and in writing.
• Independently planning and coordinating learning support and working with trainees during shift work or at weekends.
• Communicating openly and transparently within our education team and nursing teams and playing an important role in the leadership triangle.

Your profile

• Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Experience as RAI coordinator is an advantage
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Enjoyment of working with trainees and students
• A recognised further education in the pedagogical field (at least SVEB 1)
