Finance Business Partner (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 135,000Role:
In this role, you are responsible for the financial management, planning, and analysis of a production plant in Switzerland, ensuring the accuracy and transparency of financial data. You support strategic management decisions with sound analyses and actively drive process optimisations and the further development of the plant. As Finance Business Partner - Operations Switzerland, you act as a sparring partner for internal stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels. Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure correct, complete, and timely financial reports
- In this role, you lead the mid-term planning process, the annual budget cycles, and the rolling forecasts
- As plant controller - Finance Business Partner, you manage, maintain, and update standard costs in line with operational objectives
- You analyse profit and loss and balance sheet variances, identify trends, and derive measures to improve performance
- In this role, you monitor relevant KPIs, actively support productivity and efficiency initiatives, and reduce financial and operational risks
- As plant controller - Finance Business Partner, you take on the strategic business partner role for plant management, regional executives, and global finance teams
Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- You have over 5 years of professional experience in finance or controlling, ideally in an industrial or production-related environment
- You bring a very good understanding of production and cost structures
- You are characterised by strong analytical skills and a high business orientation
- You confidently act as a sparring partner at management level
- You communicate fluently in German and English
