Holistic care and support of patients and their relatives
Responsibility for implementing competent care and nursing, taking into account modern nursing and treatment concepts
Active involvement in creating the duty roster
Flexible work in various shifts and departments, depending on the springer pool model also across locations

Completed training as a qualified nurse HF
Flexibility, openness and interest in different areas/locations of deployment and changing care situations
Willingness to be available at short notice, depending on the chosen springer pool model
Structured and independent working style as well as a high level of responsibility and resilience
Willingness to work 80% for at least 1 month during the induction phase

Springer Pool Bonus work model in at least 2-3 specialist areas at the St.Gallen location with a monthly function allowance of CHF 450.00 for 100% workload (pro rata for part-time) and 4 free choice days per month, duty planning half by the employee and half by the springer pool management with notification of assignments up to 4 hours before the assignment
Springer Pool Plus work model at 2 locations of HOCH Health Ostschweiz with a monthly function allowance of CHF 750.00 for 100% workload (pro rata for part-time) plus an additional CHF 50 deployment bonus per day for assignments outside the main deployment location; at least 50% of assignments are carried out at a fixed defined main deployment location, the remaining assignments are carried out as needed at other locations of HOCH Health Ostschweiz
