Your role

Within the legal team, you will work on a variety of issues and support employees and partners in their projects.

Your main responsibilities will notably include:

Providing autonomous advice to various stakeholders on diverse legal matters, in German, French and English.
Drafting, analysing and negotiating research, acquisition and other contracts.
Conducting research and analysis in various areas of law: labour law, intellectual property, agricultural law, animal protection, contract law, etc.
Representing the organisation in appeal procedures and before the courts.
Bringing your legal expertise to various projects and, depending on your experience, leading them.
Participating in the training and legal awareness of internal staff.

Your profile

You are an autonomous, curious and versatile legal professional who appreciates environments where topics are varied and where it is possible to have a genuine advisory role.


You have:

A Master’s degree in law or an equivalent legal qualification.
Several years of experience in a law firm, administration or company.
Experience in advising internal or external partners.
An interest or experience in labour law is a real asset.
Excellent analytical and drafting skills.
An open, flexible, structured and pragmatic personality, enjoying teamwork.
Good command of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Very good knowledge of two official languages as well as English.
