Strategic Buyer 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You develop group-wide procurement strategies for various product groups.
You conduct negotiations with manufacturers and external service providers at a strategic level.
You evaluate, develop, and segment suppliers based on defined criteria.
You analyse purchasing volumes and derive bundling and saving opportunities.
For demand planning, you coordinate sales data, inventories, and procurement deadlines.
You define purchasing standards as well as binding approval and control processes.
You continuously optimise and standardise source-to-pay processes.
You professionally support the introduction of digital purchasing solutions and relevant key figures.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or comparable further education.
Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing are required.
Negotiation experience with manufacturers, contract producers, or external service providers.
Good knowledge of sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.
Confident handling of numbers as well as experience with forecasts and demand analyses.
Independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
Entrepreneurial thinking and experience in building new structures.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
