ADULT PSYCHIATRIC NURSE - 100% PERMANENT CONTRACT
Your profile
- Nursing diploma, with CRS recognition for diplomas obtained abroad
- Significant experience in adult psychiatry is essential
- A CAS or extensive experience in psychiatry is a real asset
- Good ability to manage complex situations
- Empathy, calmness, dynamism and excellent listening skills
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Your duties:
- Ensure comprehensive care of adult psychiatric patients
- Provide nursing care and ensure clinical follow-up of patients
- Participate in supporting patients with various psychiatric disorders
- Observe changes in their health status and adapt care accordingly
- Participate in the development and monitoring of individualised care plans
- Ensure handovers and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team
- Promote compassionate, safe and tailored care for each patient
