For one of our clients, an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Clinical Packaging Technician/Operator.
General Information:
The Global Clinical Supply (GCS) organisation is responsible for the end-to-end management of clinical trials. GCS oversees the planning, procurement, labelling, packaging and delivery of clinical trial materials to investigational sites in more than 60 countries – in compliance with global regulatory requirements, internal company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Scope of work:
Clinical Packaging
- Filling, labelling and packaging of clinical trial products in accordance with applicable regulations
- Manual or semi-automatic filling of solid dosage forms (tablets, capsules) into primary packaging materials according to SOPs and packaging instructions
- Manual or semi-automatic labelling and packaging of clinical trial products according to SOPs and packaging instructions
- Precise work following standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch regulations, internal company policies and instructions from responsible study leaders
- Operation of machines and equipment to provide clinical trial materials
Documentation
- Execution and maintenance of all packaging-specific documentation, logbooks and electronic batch documentation
- Documentation in accordance with internal documentation guidelines
- Execution of SAP transactions and responsibility for correct SAP handling within own area of responsibility
GMP Compliance
- Strict adherence to all packaging, work and company instructions
- Immediate reporting of deviations or special incidents to the supervisor
- Completed training, preferably in life sciences, healthcare or food industry advantageous
- Experience in GMP environment (Must have)
- Experience working in a cleanroom desirable
- Team-oriented and reliable personality (Must have)
- Enjoyment of precise, structured and efficient working methods (Must have)
- Interest in working with technical devices and machines (Must have)
- Very good German skills, English skills advantageous
- Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP) (Must have)
- Impeccable reputation (Must have)
