Specialist Purchasing & Production Planning (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you take on a central position between purchasing, material planning, and supply chain, ensuring that projects, production, and service are reliably supplied with the necessary materials.
You combine operational procurement planning with strategic supplier development, analyse supply risks, and optimise inventories as well as procurement processes. You work closely with engineering, project management, production, and purchasing and support the purchasing management on overarching topics.
Responsibilities:
You manage operational and strategic material and procurement planning
You ensure material availability for projects, production, and service
You optimise stock levels, procurement parameters, and supply concepts
You identify delivery and procurement risks and initiate appropriate measures
You maintain and process project-related bills of materials and material data
You develop national and international suppliers further
You analyse supplier performance and implement improvement measures
You participate in process optimisation and digitalisation projects
Qualifications:
You have a technical basic education with further training, e.g. as a purchasing specialist with a federal certificate, technical business administrator with a federal certificate, certified process technician HF, or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, material planning, or production planning and control (PPC)
You are familiar with bills of materials, demand planning, and ERP systems
You have good technical understanding and a strong cost and process awareness
You communicate very well in German and well in English
You work analytically, independently, and solution-oriented
You present yourself confidently and reliably to internal and external contacts
