Responsibilities:
- Medical leadership and supervision of patient care in the surgical emergency centre.
- Development and implementation of protocols and standards to improve patient safety and quality of care.
- Active participation in clinical care, including diagnostics, emergency surgeries, and postoperative care.
- Leadership, training, and further development of the medical and nursing teams.
- Participation in interdisciplinary meetings and collaboration with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Specialist qualification in surgery, anaesthesia, or internal medicine with additional experience in emergency medicine.
- Proven leadership experience in an emergency or surgical department.
- Strong skills in rapid diagnosis and management of emergency situations.
- High commitment to patient safety, quality assurance, and professional ethics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
