To complete our "Tests" team within our Services Division, we are looking for a:
Technician, Test Manager (M-F-X) – 100%
Your role
Carry out assembly, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of installations on site from a multidisciplinary perspective (mechanical, software (control and instrumentation), electrical)
- Prepare and execute internal and R&D tests
- Write test reports and file these reports
- Update the test results database
- Dismantle, clean and store the installations
- Prepare, pack and ship equipment for external tests
- Travel as needed to perform service activities at customer sites or to replace other service engineers/technicians in the field
- Receive, inspect and clean returned equipment (external tests and exhibitions)
- Prepare and ship exhibition equipment
- Travel to trade fairs for the preparation and/or dismantling of stands
- Receive, store and ship customer powders
- Keep the powder register up to date
- Organise the tidying and cleaning of laboratories and test premises
- Provide technical support to other departments
- Complete service reports, expense reports and other administrative responsibilities in accordance with procedures and with supervisor approval.
Your profile
- Technical diploma in mechanics / electricity
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of equipment in industrial environments
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and French (German is an asset)
- Ability to travel occasionally, mainly within Europe
- Key skills: autonomous, communication skills, stress resistance, results and quality oriented, team spirit, creative thinking to find temporary solutions to problems, presentable, customer-oriented.
