Your mission:
As Team Leader of mechanical fitters, you take operational and human responsibility for a team of about 10 employees. Your role is to organize, supervise, and develop your team while ensuring efficient, high-quality production that meets safety requirements.
You are fully involved in production, with an approximate distribution of:
• 70%: Machining, programming, and technical support
• 30%: Management - supervision, monitoring, organization, personnel development
Your main responsibilities and activities:
Management & Leadership (30%):
• Supervise, support, and develop employee skills (coaching, versatility, evaluations, training).
• Ensure the daily organization of the team according to planning priorities.
• Monitor individual and collective performance (quality, deadlines, productivity).
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented team climate.
• Enforce internal rules, safety standards, and the 5S charter.
Production & Technical (70%):
• Produce mechanical parts on CNC machines (milling & turning).
• Program parts using CAM software (Mastercam).
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes.
Your profile:
• Federal VET Diploma as mechanical fitter (machining option) or equivalent qualification: essential.
• Proven experience in CNC machining: essential.
• Skills in CAM programming (knowledge of Mastercam software is an advantage).
• Natural leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation.
• Ability to motivate, structure, and develop a team.
• Team management experience: a plus.
• Comfortable with IT tools (Windows).
Work schedule:
• 2x8 shift schedule, Monday to Friday: 05:00–13:00 and 13:00–21:00
