As the world’s leading personnel service provider, we connect experienced financial experts with the most renowned institutions in Switzerland. For our client – a leading, creditworthy, and traditional Swiss cantonal bank in the bilingual economic region of Fribourg – we are seeking an entrepreneurial personality to manage institutional clients, family offices, and UHNWI.
Your new challenge
In this demanding key role within the "Institutional Clients & Family Offices" team, you will manage and develop a portfolio of high-profile clients. You combine profound investment expertise with holistic structuring advice, orchestrate the bank’s specialists, and actively drive sustainable growth in the market area.
Your tasks:
Portfolio management & support: Holistic, first-class advice and long-term development of a client portfolio consisting of institutional clients, family offices, and UHNWI.
Tailored solutions: In-depth analysis of complex client needs (including strategic asset allocation, customised investment solutions, institutional cash management, succession planning, and wealth structuring).
Internal orchestration: Close collaboration with internal specialists (discretionary mandates, financing and tax experts, real estate) to create individual concepts.
Acquisition & market development: Targeted identification of growth opportunities and active new client acquisition through a sustainable regional and supra-regional network.
Market & regulatory expertise: Continuous monitoring of market trends, macroeconomic developments, and regulatory frameworks.
Risk culture: Role model as the first line of defence to ensure the highest regulatory and qualitative standards.
Qualifications
Your profile:
Experience: Several years of solid professional experience in institutional asset management, the UHNWI segment, or family office support.
Expertise: Strong ability to understand complex wealth architectures and develop innovative investment strategies.
Education: University degree (Master/Bachelor), university of applied sciences degree, or a comparable higher banking/finance qualification (e.g. CFA, CAIA, CIWM).
Network & drive: Proven success in acquisition and networking, strategic foresight, and entrepreneurial initiative.
Languages: Excellent French skills (spoken and written) to serve the Francophone client base, combined with good German skills (bilingualism is an advantage).
What our client offers:
Central location & team spirit: A dynamic wealth management team in Fribourg with short decision-making paths directly on site.
Long-term perspective & culture: A humane, stable working environment that rewards sustainable success and continuous professional development.
Compensation & benefits: Competitive, fair total remuneration package, preferential conditions on banking services, as well as diverse sporting and social employee offers.
