WHAT OUR TRAINEE PROGRAM IS ABOUT
Our diverse program consists of high-quality training in leadership, management tools & branch operations and is a good combination of practical experience from working in our branches and theoretical knowledge. Typically, you will work and learn closely with other trainees and your mentor.
- Five modules, each lasting one week: theoretical knowledge, case and role plays, group work, team building, and discussions in plenary
- Between the modules, you will be trained at the workplace with an assigned store manager mentor and receive coaching
- After completing the modules, a celebration awaits you to celebrate the completion of the program
The ultimate goal of the Store Manager Trainee program is to prepare you to lead your own branch in the near future.
