Are you ready for a new challenge? Our CompanyMail, Transport & Logistics department offers customised logistics and transport services and ensures the smooth transport of all luggage services and CompanyMail for our customers. No day is like the other with us. You enjoy working with people and can use your communication and language skills daily. The working hours in the 2-shift operation are from Monday to Friday between 06:30-23:00 and on Saturday and Sunday from 07:00-23:00.
This is what you will achieve.

- You schedule shipments and tours and plan customer-oriented group luggage transports.
- As a dispatcher, you take over appointment arrangements in German, French, English and partly Italian with customers for the collection and delivery of travel luggage at home and monitor its timely collection and delivery.
- In addition, you provide professional support to our employees in case of capacity bottlenecks, misdirected shipments and other irregularities.
This is what you bring with you.
- As a proactive person, you like to take responsibility and work independently as well as solution-oriented. You combine high quality standards with great resilience.
- You are prepared for irregular working hours, including weekend shifts. A commercial basic education, ideally supplemented by further training in transport dispatching, characterises you.
- Ideally, you have dispatching experience in the areas of transport / rail traffic / rolling stock.
- You communicate fluently in German (at least C1) and have good knowledge (at least B1) of French and English.
