Les Peupliers provides 7 days a week replacements day, evening and night at the 7 CMS of the Fondation Soins Lausanne to ensure continuity of care for our clients.
To complete the team at the CMS des Peupliers, the Fondation Soins Lausanne is looking for a immediate or agreed start :

Your duties
- Provide advisory, examination, treatment and medical-technical care services
- Responsibly support clients in charge and substitute for incapacities of dependent persons
- Contribute to health maintenance and disease prevention through an interdisciplinary approach
- Encourage and support clients and their relatives towards maximum autonomy according to their abilities
- Contribute to the smooth running of the team and ensure administrative tasks inherent to the position
- Intervene in unforeseen situations upon request from the CTMG (on-call doctors' telephone centre)
- Ensure proper information transfer between all stakeholders through the client file
Your profile and skills
- Bachelor in nursing or equivalent qualification (foreign diploma recognised by the CRS)
- Experience in the medico-social field and strong interest in community health
- Ability to collaborate in a network and multidisciplinary environment
- Sense of responsibility, prioritisation and autonomy
- Driving licence and vehicle essential
