For our clients in the Basel region, we are looking for Call Centre Agents (m/f) for long-term assignments with the option of permanent employmentYour tasks
- Receiving and processing incoming calls in German and French or Italian
- Professional and friendly support of callers
- Recording and maintaining customer data
- Processing and forwarding enquiries
- Coordinating callbacks and appointment scheduling
Your profile
- Experience in call centre, reception, front desk or customer service is an advantage
- Very good PC skills and confident use of modern communication tools
- Strong communication and service competence
- Very good German skills and understanding of Swiss dialects
- Very good spoken French or Italian and English
- Language-skilled, communicative and customer-oriented personality
- Independent, reliable and organised way of working
- Flexible and team-oriented character
- Varied activity in modern 24/7 call centres
