What is my role?
Our client is looking for a Facility Manager (m/f/d) who will take overall responsibility for buildings, production halls and outdoor facilities. You plan and supervise conversion and renovation projects, ensure a needs-based infrastructure and take care of car park management as well as traffic routes. In addition, you look after all tenants on the site, manage rental and service contracts and organise audits as well as official inspections. Preparing the facility budget and supporting environmental and energy management systems complete your range of tasks.
What do I need to be successful?
Completed technical basic training and professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the area of building/maintenance
Further training in facility management
Confident and open manner with organisational skills
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of CAD drawing
Very good German skills, English an advantage
