Qualified Nurse HF/FH/DNII
Health Specialist EFZ 80%
Your tasks
- Holistic care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Assuming tasks as the primary nursing contact person
- Responsibility and management of the nursing process for assigned guests, including RAI/BESA nursing needs assessment
- Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
- Assuming daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
- Leading case discussions and nursing reports
- Assuming tasks as a topic leader in a specialist area and thus contributing to the group-wide network for nursing quality
- Supporting and advising staff on questions regarding RAI LTCF and the nursing process
- Recognising changes in nursing and care needs and promptly adjusting the corresponding planning
- Participating in case discussions, nursing visits and interprofessional meetings
- Promoting resource-oriented and person-centred nursing
- Active involvement in securing and further developing our nursing quality
Your profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Completed training as a health specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Solid practical experience with RAI LTCF
- Professional experience in Spitex/In-house Spitex desired
- Very good knowledge of the nursing process and professional nursing documentation
- Confidence in conducting and assessing assessments
- Strong quality and sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Enjoyment in sharing expertise and supporting colleagues in daily work
- Appreciative and respectful attitude towards our guests and employees
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written, and confidence in using digital documentation systems
