IT Support Specialist - Microsoft Stack (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Support users in 1st-level support
Provision, maintenance and servicing of workplace solutions (hardware & software)
Participation in IT projects
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training and relevant professional experience
Sound knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack
Expertise in at least one area: network, security or VOIP
Ideally basic knowledge of scripting (e.g. PowerShell)
Very good German language skills
